It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. I would recommend this company as the service was very prompt. I ordered my new numbers plates on a Sunday and received them in the post on the Tuesday. Excellent communicate they let me know when my certificate was on the way.
