I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. They made contact with me, suggested an appropriate bid limit and managed the bidding process at the auction. I am delighted, having secured the number well within the pre-agreed bid limit. I doubt that I would have achieved such a great deal without their expertise.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Quick efficient service, highly recommended

I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. All in all it was great service from start to finish and the guy on the phone was a great help so 5 stars ?
