Swift and painless experience. I was ordering 2 numbers at the same time so used their sales line. Claire walked me through the process and what I'd need to do once the certificates arrived. Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
