I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. I have to say the service from National Numbers is simply stunning, nothing's too much trouble for them, and I was able to pick up some great plates at a competitive price! However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

First class, so pleased with the delivery of my daughters plate. The hole process was so easy start to finish. When the plates arrived I noticed that I had plane txt on them and I had ordered 3D effect, so I called national numbers and explained, before I new it the guys had it sorted and the next day a new set came through the door. It?s cheesy guys but if you want a plate make it a date, with national numbers you won?t be disappointed.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
