Initially I had a problem. The number I bought on line had already been sold. However the company worked well to sort out the problem and provide me with a refund and an alternative plate.

This company did exactly what they said they would do ! Buying a personal plate with them is the easiest way to do it. Good communication and their opinion on pricing was spot on. I will be using them again !

Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . I had scoured the internet and various Private Reg companies for over a year and have been looking for a plate that is not on the general market, After having been told by various companies and the DVLA that the plate must have been retired and is no longer available, I gave up my search. I stumbled across National Numbers and took a chance. I spoke with Marty who advised me that he should see no reason why this plate cannot be sought. We agreed the costs and process as this was my first time. A few weeks later, I was notified that that plate had become available! Marty explained the auction process again to me and we agreed my maximum bid both over the phone and written. Auction time - I got lucky - No one had bid for the plate except National Numbers and so I won the bid at the reserve price!! Now waiting on Admin to process the paperwork and release the documents to me! Thanks Marty and the the team at National Numbers!

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

Process was easy from start to finish always kept informed all the time, really pleased!
