Quick efficient service

Very positive and professional experience. Eric and the National Numbers team were so helpful with queries and the way they handled my bid for my personal plate. No hesitation in recommending this company.

It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

I was looking for a particular numer plate which i found out had never been assigned to a vehicle and therefore had to be released by means of the DVLA auction. I first contacted the well known company 'reg transfers' who quoted me a final price of just under 5 grand (inc all taxes and taxes on taxes!, transfer fees etc). I then contacted National Numbers who managed to secure it at auction for me at (final all inc price) just under 1.5 grand!!!! Go figure. Don't go anywhere else until you've spoken to these guys first. I spoke to Phil who was very helpful. Highly recommended by a satisfied and grateful (for saving me money) customer!

My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. As soon as Ryan received it he forwarded it on to me by tracked delivery so I could sort it out. I also bought my reg mark from them, very quick & professional. This was my first experience with National Numbers. I sold my number plate, and they closed the deal quickly. Very professional service. I was kept updated throughout the sale. It took just a few months to find a buyer. Then another two weeks for DVLA to complete transfer. Received cheque - thank you very much for such a superb 1st class service.
