Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.

Had an excellent experience using national numbers. Everything was explained on the website and straightforward. I liked the fact I could just leave it all down to them to do the transfer as it saved me time and the possibility of doing it wrong! Communication was good if abit slow via email however all my queries were answered cannot fault them and will and have already recommended!

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
