Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase.
