Very easy purchase. They handled the whole process from start to finish. Plate was even less expensive than from their competitors Having not purchased a registration before I had quite a few question. All of which were addressed quickly and in a helpful manor. I would certainly look at using them again.

After looking for a while for a number I came across National Numbers website and within a short time was able to order the registration of my choice. The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase. I then received my new plates in a few days and all admin was taken care of for me. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend National Numbers to others again.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Superb, could not be simpler, better or more efficient, I registered my old plate with National numbers after they gave me a very good valuation and left it with them. Jill contacted me just after Christmas and asked if the plate was still available, she kindly explained there was interest in it and would I accept a figure she gave me, I agreed and said I would be more than happy, and the rest so they say is history... superb service!
