The first time I have used this company and was very impressed by the efficiency of the service. The whole process of buying and transferring the number plate was made extremely easy. I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

Personalised Number Plates are by their very nature "personal" and the value of a plate is simply what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would recommend this site as I felt in no way intimidated by the company or it's representatives at any time. I had a valuation from them a very long time ago but at that time expressed my opinion that I did not wish to sell my cherished number plate. However, they did contact me many months later to ask if (A) I still was in possession of the plate and (B) Whether I was interested in selling. Having said 'Yes' to both questions they then asked me what I would be prepared to accept for it, which I replied to. My recommendation is to be clear as to how much you are looking to get for the plate up front so that once into any negotiating you can either accept or decline an offer. The whole process was polite and efficient (my communication was solely via E-Mail). I would definitely consider using this company again.
