While working away I was looking late last week for a private number plate and came across this company- previous used another company for three others that I have procured BUT cannot praise this company's service enough. Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer... Made plates arrived next day few days later I received the cert to put on the new car. Clare was ?Brilliant? manner/explained and sorted. Telephone conversation- no pushy spell which I cannot stand Excellent service - Proactive- Straight to the point- Delivery cannot fault

I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. Dealt with Phil in connection with the purchase of a personal plate. Communication was excellent and the entire process was quick efficient and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great service but some advice was not complete

Very quick service new plates arrived in 24hrs of buying and v5 was updated and returned via DVLA within a week. The extra £50 for the fast track service was well worth the cost as it was all sorted for me. Loving my new REG thankyou.
