The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Simple friendly and efficient. From the first call to completing the deal, I felt in safe hands. I would have no issue recommending them to other buyers.
