Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . I bought my plate through national numbers, they bid for me as it had to go through a dvla auction, they was lovely to talk to on phone and quick after the auction I had my plate. So I would defiantly recommend using them.
