Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Very good quick service only complaint was getting in touch with admin phoned three times told 2nd in Que on phone 5 mins only to have phone put down on me so called phone number to buy put straight on phone strange one pound a minute

4 out of 5. Good service and fairly quick turnaround on paperwork. However all the add ons to the price of the number plates i.e. Printing plates etc are extortionate and there was no option to remove these items from your purchase online. I had to call up to remove the unwanted bits and saved a fortune.

What a tremendous service from start to finish. The whole transaction went through painless and with ease. Special thanks to Becky and Ryan for their great work. Definitely recommend these guys when selling (or buying) a registration plate.

Really easy process to follow, plates came through in 48 hours and the paperwork 48 hours after that. Great service.

I sold my private reg, the whole process was efficient and I was kept informed at all times. I was abroad at the time but all post was sent out to me quickly and the process was a lot smoother than I expected.
