I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. A few small glitches but soon overcome. Staff were helpful and efficient. I just wish that dealers had better control of the numbers they advertise. One reg National Numbers was advertising had been sold three years ago but they were still advertising it ! To be fair all the dealers seem as bad in this aspect
