Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. I cannot recommend National Numbers highly enough. Their service is second to none. This is my third purchase from them. From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
