After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! The office has a beautiful panoramic view of the largest petrochemical complex in Europe." Thank you NationalNumbers for selling my plate and making me smile.

Fantastic service from the start - couldn't fault anything, new plates on car and everything sorted in just over a week, would highly recommend to others.

Very helpful pleasant doing business with you

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

Very professional company, such a friendly, helpfully service, the guys were very patient as this was my very first purchase of a private plate and were very eager to answer all my questions.... highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again.

Adam at National Numbers went above and beyond to get my plate for me as it was still registered on the previous owners car. It was all dealt with within two weeks, and this was over the Christmas period. I am very happy with the service I received from National Numbers, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent. Sent an email but decided to phone to hopefully make things easier and quicker. Spoke to Paul and to say he was helpful would be an understatement, by the end of the phone call it was like I knew him for years and everything was done Would DEFINITELY recommend nationalnumbers because of the excellent service and nothing was to much trouble.
