I listed my one of my unused number plates with National Numbers. After a period, I got a call from them to say I had a bid. They negotiated upwards a little on the bid - and a sale was agreed. They then sent me the forms, and within about two weeks, I had the full payment from them. Very easy to deal with - have no problems recommending.

The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase. Very easy to deal with and rapid service - we received our plates and documentation within a few days. One TINY gripe - the company name is printed on the plate, and is perhaps a little bolder and noticeable than I`d like.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
