The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

I have never bought a private number plate before so to me I was nervous, no idea what I was doing, to be honest.
