I was given money to buy a private registration for my car, I thought this would be a long and difficult process. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails.
