Kept me up to date, it only took just over one week to complete everything, they even made my new plate for me and posted it out. They sent all new information to dvla so i never had to do a thing. I am very pleased with the service, the overall experience was great, I am now the proud owner of my personal plate, however, I paid the extra for the acrylic number plates, which look great, they do everything I asked during the order process, but I am totally unhappy with the end result, I chose L100 PJN to be with my expectations, I got L100P JN , I am clearly going to have to buy replacements. All of that said, I would use this very professional company again
