Following my initial enquiry to National Numbers for a certain plate due to be released by DVLA I am now an owner of the perfect cherished number thanks their immense buying power and knowledge. This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

Very easy to deal with very helpful customer service

Had my car cloned after getting a parking fine and the parking company would not accept I was not the person in the photo so changing my number was new to me . National numbers were extremely helpful and I had a new plate on my car within 5 days and it was zero effort as they did everything for me .

Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.

I asked National Numbers to find a specific number plate for me (precise combination of letters and numbers relating to the year my wife and I married and our initials) National Numbers found the plate, got it for me at a reasonable price and handled the transfer smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them as my first choice when buying or selling a plate in future.
