I placed my Number Plate with Ryan and his staff at National Numbers. Their service was fantastic and they sold my plate and transferred the money direct into my bank account within four days of the transaction completion. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

When I checked what I needed to do to sell my number plate I decided it was far too much hassle and decided against it. A few months ago I looked at National Numbers web site and decided to sell it through them. I was in no hurry so happy to leave it and see what happened. Once I received an acceptable offer via National Numbers, the process was so easy and completely hassle free, almost effortless. They do everything for you. I have received payment directly into my account and the only real effort I will need to make is to go and have my number plate replaced with my new registration. Thank you National Numbers

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?
