I was amazed that the process took just a few minutes and I got my log book and changed insurance within 3 days. The number plàtes I ordered from them never arrived but the money was refunded within 3 days.

I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. They made contact with me, suggested an appropriate bid limit and managed the bidding process at the auction. I am delighted, having secured the number well within the pre-agreed bid limit. I doubt that I would have achieved such a great deal without their expertise.

Very happy with the service received, from agreeing a price to actually being paid - which was just over a week. Paperwork was very quick with clear instructions and even received an email on the day that I had received my money to say it was in my bank account. Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish.
