This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. I was initially concerned about getting a personalised number plate as I knew I wanted one but had absolutely no idea about the process. Having read the really good reviews for this site, I decided to buy through them. From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of. This was an amazingly simple process and I can't recommend this site highly enough
