Just got off the phone to the boss, Eric, and he has said he would do his best to source a number plate for me for my partners 30th Birthday. After a month of searching other sites and speaking to other customer service representatives etc. Eric was definitely the most helpful.

Dealt with Phil in connection with the purchase of a personal plate. Communication was excellent and the entire process was quick efficient and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

After years of thinking about getting a personalised number plate, I found National Numbers online and just called them. They were very helpful in organising my selected plates and kept me updated during the auctions. Great personalised customer service and very trustworthy. I had the added problem that I was buying the reg but not collecting my new to me but pre owned car for another couple of days. Gwen at new reg steered me through that and made it really easy for me. Paperwork, documents etc, everything sorted in a couple of days. Thanks John :-)
