I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. My plates arrived very quickly but I have to wait now for the good old DVLA to send me a new tax disc and V5. Cool plate though for me, a photographer - P1 XCB

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

Excellent professional service, In particular Ryan who we dealt with, make this the easiest, most pain-free process I have undertaken. Ryan's communication skills are a credit to him. The money from the sale was paid exactly when he said it would. I would highly recommend National Numbers to others and would certainly use them again ourselves. I was very pleased with how National Numbers handled the sale of my personal plate. I would certainly recommend them to others. The assistant assisted me with the various paperwork requirements and the whole process was easy from start to finish.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better
