I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

After being totally let down by a previous company that promised they would sell my number plate, this company stepped in, said they would sell it for me. Within 2 weeks it sold, no hassle, no problems, and excellent advice and money in the bank account. Sorted definitely recommend.
