It is rare to deal with a company that is this efficient. From start to finish the paperwork had been sent out, completed and processed in three working days. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I dealt with a gentleman Called Paul on extension 195, absolutely amazing customer service couldn?t thank him enough made it such an easy process for a first time experience.
