I would use them again. Although we didnt get the exact number we wanted. The service was very efficient. We were talked through what to expect.

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.

Excellent professional service. We were worried about sending off our log book to strangers but they reassured us and assisted us right through the process. Payment was very speedy. Many thanks to the whole team We would thoroughly recommend.
