Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. We placed our cherished number plate with National Numbers for sale. We rather forgot about it until out of the blue we received an email saying someone had expressed interest and the price seemed fair. After that the process went smoothly only delayed possibly by the fact that we live on a remote Greek Island and getting the signed paperwork back to UK can take a few days. From notification of interest to receipt of funds was less than three weeks so top marks from us for National Numbers. We spotted a few spelling errors on the forms hence we haven't given five stars. 4.75 would be our rating.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
