After searching long and hard for the perfect number plate the guys at National Numbers had the plate i wanted. After one phone call they took control and made the transaction as swift as possible. The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

From finding the right registration number, to ordering it, setting up monthly payments, sending off documents and being ready to put on my car, I couldn't have asked for it to be quicker or easier, a complete service that I highly recommended.
