Very pleased with the number plate, easy website to use and great finance options. Lack of communication and instruction after purchase. Found the plates outside my door when I arrived home with no warning. Would recommend but suggest aftersales improvement. Thanks.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! Once the plate was chosen the whole process from first notification to cash in my account took exactly three working days. Plate was on the site for a while, but patience is a virtue. Absolutely delighted and great support once in transit.

Made the whole process simple and straightforward. Everything arrived as promised so just a matter of a few days from order to having everything needed to complete the transfer.

Wow there's me thinking it was going to be a drama getting a private plate, HOW WRONG WAS I, it was so easy just found national numbers put in what I wanted it found me a list took me to seconds to find my plate, I paid and 2days later my plates were at my house and a day later the documents turn up with full instructions to how to go about registering plate to my van, but if you struggle there is an option to pay a small fee and they will do it for you!! I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH ***** 5 STAR COMPANY
