Found them a good company to deal with although was a bit sceptical they were real at first as greatly under priced a plate I had already been quoted for. Ended up paying nearly twice what was first quoted but I expected this so was not too put out and everything went very smoothly. I would certainly use them again.

Ordered online. No receipt so emailed asking and was then told the plate wasn't available. The website states if it's not available it will not be sold. Chose a different plate and two weeks after it's still available to buy on the site. Even taking into account the "we can't remove them instantly" reference on the website, two weeks is a little long to still be available to buy. Sounds very much a case of getting your money, then making you choose something available. Despite asking on four separate occasions for a copy of the receipt/invoice, still hasn't been received. No real apology offered. 23/3/17. Update. A few email communications back and forth and an amicable agreement has been made to resolve this issue.
