Fast, efficient service, excellent communication and prompt payment

I went for the fast track service after waiting 9 days for delivery of paperwork when I was told it would take 5-7 days delivery salesperson was abrupt not everyone knows how to do a plate change I felt like he was losing his patience with me because I did not know we're the reference numbers were found on the log book if I was to buy another plate I would use a different company after this experience

I would say to avoid this company. I bought a plate over the phone. The next day I changed my mind and called to cancel. I was told it was too late and that the order had gone through to DVLA. Although I'd purchased over the phone I was told I had no recourse to get a refund. This from a very rude aggressive man. He also said it states on the website that you can't cancel. I didn't buy from the website. Go direct to the DVLA as they're much more helpful

It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. They did everything for me in super fast time.
