I was very pleased with how National Numbers handled the sale of my personal plate. I would certainly recommend them to others. The assistant assisted me with the various paperwork requirements and the whole process was easy from start to finish.

I first looked at the website to see if the number plate combination I wanted was avaialble. The system was easy to use and I had soon identified a suitable plate. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Great company to deal with, I needed to call the admin team and was promptly dealt with by Debs what a lovely lady. She was very knowledgeable which resulted in me getting my new number plate transfer the same day. Thank you all concerned.

It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.
