I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I found the plate I wanted and due to not fault of theirs it turned out to not be available, a replacement was found and National numbers worked hard to secure it for me. They were helpful along the way and very apologetic when the first plate turned out not to be available. I would recommend National numbers in a hearty for anyone looking to buy a private reg.
