Had no idea how buying a number plate worked. The staff were helpful and explained everything made the buying process really easy. Spoke to them on a number of occasions to arrange everything. To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.
