A very professional, efficient and friendly service with good prices to match. Everything came through very quickly and my new reg was on my car far quicker than expected. My only disappointment was the number plates that I ordered as an additional item were inferior to those offered by other websites. There was no option that I could see for different sizes (my car requires a larger sized plate at the back), so I had to purchase my plates again from another site for another £30.

I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. The MD restored my faith in the company & I would use them again. Thanks

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift

ABSOLUTLY BRILLIANT, TO DEAL WITH,PAUL ON SALES WAS VERY HELPFULL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DETAILS TO BUY THE SAID NUMBER PLATE, GWEN IN ADMIN SUPERB DID A FAST TRACK THE PLATE WAS READY FOR THE CAR IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES, WOULD DEFINATLEY USE NATIONAL NUMBERS AGAIN,, IN ALL IT TOOK JUST OVER 1 DAY TO COMPLETE MY ORDER!! Friendly and approachable. Fair pricing structure and they managed to get me a reg that had not been released yet , great work thank you I would definitely recommend National Numbers to anyone looking for a fair deal.
