I found National Numbers via an internet search and am so glad I did. I got the number I wanted at a reasonable price, but it didn't end there. I asked how long it would be likely to take to get sorted as I am going to Germany in a couple of weeks. They pulled out all the stops AND sorted out the right number plates for my ageing S-Type. Recommended, and a special thanks to Chantelle, the delightful lady on customer service.

Brilliant service , very helpful unlike some company's

I was a little apprehensive initially as I've never bought a private plate before, but National Numbers eased me through the process on the telephone. The plates arrived the next day (really nice quality) and the transfer certificate 2 days later. Really good service and nowhere near as expensive as I thought. Great team, great customer service.

Following my initial enquiry to National Numbers for a certain plate due to be released by DVLA I am now an owner of the perfect cherished number thanks their immense buying power and knowledge. There were some minor issues however these were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the after sales team. I can recommend National Numbers and will definitely use them again in the future. Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

I registered with them to sell my cherished number. 18 months later I got the call to say they had a buyer. I didn't think it was going to sell to be honest as I had zero contact with them during this time. The process went quickly and the cash was in bank within a few days. Good work !!
