Big thank you to national number for sorting out and for the brilliant service, quick response by email for a deaf person, normally it's hard to communicate! This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I have purchased plates before , bu not through this company and not through auction. It was a completely successful and painless experience. Thank you Marty and colleagues.
