From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! 100% excellent service. Phil could not be more helpful and was always on hand through the whole process to explain any questions or concerns I had. There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome. Great service and should I ever be purchasing another number plate, I will most certainly be calling National numbers.
