Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. From the initial enquiry to purchasing and completion of 2 number plates customer service was excellent.

I spoke to paul amd he reasured me the procedure.was simple and told me i could call him if i didn't understand any thing.

Genuinely a very easy and quick service to use - I paid the extra for the admin to be completed with DVLA, worth it in my opinion. Took less than a week for me to have bad be able to use my new plates.

Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .
