Overall a good experience hence 5 stars. I did find it difficult to speak to the person who I initially set up the deal with, who seemed to be unavailable a lot, but that apart I found NN to be efficient and professional. My unsuccessful auction stake was refunded swiftly and the successful one, concluded without a hitch

This company advertised my Number at no cost to me and after a few months sold it at a price I was happy with. The process, once a potential buyer was found was friendly, smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and paperwork & payment were received promptly. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is that their initial valuation was unrealistically high (over twice what I agreed to sell for) which is a rather misleading way to get sellers on their books. Having compared similar plates on the internet, I believe I've been paid a fair market value for my plate and am very happy with their service.

Purchased my first cherished number, F7 BMW, from Alistair at National Numbers. Great service, easy to deal with and also willing to advise on any aspect of other interesting registrations. I also purchased the plates there too with 3D lettering. Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.
