Dealing with National Numbers was very enjoyable and I could not fault their customer service. They were not prepared to negotiate on my number but that was not a major problem. Customer service was exceptional at every stage of my purchase. Well done all. Will definitely use again if I get the chance.

Noticed a plate on their website and i made contact, A deal was soon made and they attended to every detail from supplying the plates and sorting the paper work with the DVLA, From start to finish it took about 5 days, No hassle and no hard sell a pleasure to deal with.

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

Super friendly staff and very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing a private number plate for my sons birthday. I ordered the plate on a Friday afternoon and they delivered the actual number plates on the Monday so I had an actual gift to give to my son on his birthday which was on the Tuesday - outstanding! Last minute present for my husband , was easy to do and very quickly recieved, only thing was that the plates were for a motorbike and I recieved car plates but a quick call and the bike plates were delivered next day .
