Quick transaction, receipt of plates and certificate. Emails were not answered though. but fast service, recommended company.

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. i wanted a plate what had to be put in a auction to save me the hassle and stress of finding out how to do it they put it in the auction and bid all i had todo was pay when it was over would highly reccomend to anyone

Really helpful guy on phone.The whole process was quick and easy. They sent the new log book out before I'd sent them the old one. New number plates recieved in four days. Would definitely use National Numbers again. Thanks guys.
