The whole process from start to finish was professional and very quick

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

although my first choice had gone after I had received a confirmation e mail the person who rang me to impart the bad news helped me choose a replacement.

After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Very nice and helpful staff. Purchase was nice and easy even though i did the fiance option. Fiance was accepted within Seconds. Great place to use if you want to buy a custom plate.
