I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I didn't expect this service would be so quick I' received my order within one & a half weeks and I'm pleased with the results.

I purchased two plates for both myself and my wife and requested they dealt with all the paperwork. They were faultless. Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. They also gave useful reminders such as notifying your insurance company. Would I use them again? YES!
