They kept me up to date with every step of the process, the only thing I had to do was inform my insurance company when I put the plates on the car. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately.
