My plate took a while to sell, but once a buyer was found the sale went through quickly. We were kept informed by telephone of the status of the sale, and as promised the money was paid in to our bank account on completion. All we had to do was fill in a couple of forms and post them back and everything else was taken care of professionally by National Numbers

I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
