WOW This was all done amazingly quick. I completed the transaction online, then posted off my V5 received a call a couple of days later saying my V5 was received. The next thing I know, my new number plates dropped through the letterbox and then I got an email saying transfer is complete. I thought how quick was that. Thank you will deal with you again.

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.
